Deliveries & Returns
Delivery costs will be added to the order at checkout. If you have ordered multiple items I will try to send them together and calculate the best rate accordingly. I aim to dispatch the items to you as soon as possible, usually within 1 – 5 days but please note the order may take up to 7 days from date of dispatch to arrival with you in the UK. This will be longer if it is an international delivery.
There is a flat-rate of £11 for UK delivery for lighter items, and £17 for UK delivery for my larger heavier items. These charges are added to the cost of your purchase at checkout. Deliveries to most of the countries in Europe are arranged in the same way with larger items shipping at £26 and smaller items, £20. If you are buying items to be delivered to either the USA or non-European countries you will need to email me and I will work out the delivery costs. As an approximate guide delivery charges to the USA are likely to be in the region of £50 - £90.
Important Note: EU orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, VAT and handling fees. International customers are solely responsible for any import charges/taxes that may be incurred and must comply with their local regulations.
Packaging
In an effort to avoid single-use plastic and new packaging as much as possible, your package is likely to delivered in recycled boxes and reused bubble wrap; where packing peanuts are used these will be biodegradable cellulose and can be composted or disposed of with food waste. Your ceramics will be double-boxed and securely packaged to protect them from damage in transit.
Refunds and Returns
When you buy a piece of hand-built ceramics, each vessel or bowl will have those characteristics that reflect the natural materials used and the hand making process of the craftsman which make each piece unique. I work hard to ensure that the images of each ceramic piece, all details and descriptions as they appear on the website are accurate. I hope that you will be delighted with your new ceramics but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me to discuss a replacement or a return.
